We are more than the typical breakfast restaurant and pride ourselves in the creativity of food combinations and offer our clients a full luncheon menu with daily rotating complete meal ‘Specials’

Size of operations - Typically 2800 to 3500 Square feet with a minimum of 100 to a maximum of 140 seats.


Start-up cost - depending of the actual size of the installation, anywhere from $395,000.00 to $550,000.00


Financing - A minimum cash requirement of $100,000.00 to $175,000 is required.


Franchise Fee - A flat amount of $25,000.00


Royalties - 4% of net sales. No other hidden costs.


Transfer fees - If a franchisee sells their restaurant, a transfer fee of $5,000.00 is required in order to train the new franchisee.


Training - Typically a 4 week period at the corporate location. A certain amount of previous restaurant experience would definitely be an asset.


Continued support - Always available.


Term of agreement - The franchise contract which all franchisees must sign is always the same term as the lease of the premises which is typically 5 years with several 5 year options. As long as a lease is in effect, so remains the franchise contract.


Can you sell - You are the owner of the operation and are free to sell your business at any time although the new operator must be approved by the franchisor.

 

 

Financial Requirements

 

 

Typical Franchise costs to develop a new location range from between $395,000.00 to $500,000.00
A franchisee must have a minimum of $100,000.00 and up to $175,000.00 liquidity depending on the size of the location, the rest potentially financed through a financial institution with the qualification of the franchisee.


Included in the initial costs is a full turn-key restaurant with the initial franchise fee excluding any deposits required by telephone or power companies and inventory.

 

 

Support & training

 

A typical franchisee should have some form of restaurant experience whether on the management side or in the kitchen but can expect full training in all aspects of the operation.

 

During a 4 week intensive training period, a franchisee is expected to attend a daily schedule and participate in the function of every part of the operation from floor service to purchase management, staff scheduling, kitchen duties, opening and closing systems and maintenance.

 

In the case of a new restaurant launching, after the initial training period, a franchisee can expect to receive management assistance for a minimum of one month.

 

Ongoing support is always available to the franchisee.
